When brewing with extract kits from NB they will give you the OG. Is their a way you can find out what the FG should be? I have my first beer (American Wheat US0-05) already a week in the primary and active fermentation has slowed to a crawl. I would like to take a reading in a few days to see where I’m at. Getting might thirsty starring at it every day.

Yeast has the attenuation percentage written on their packaging. For example 72-76% so you can use that to calculate the expected FG.
