Just checked the gravity of the Off The Topper after 10 days and it is still at 1022. Used a 2L starter with the Vermont yeast. Good activity. Just surprised it isn’t lower. Any thoughts? Yeast was fresh.

It was an extract batch.
Give it a few days and check it again. If it’s still the same after 2 or 3 readings then it’s finished. That’s not a horrible FG for an extract of that beer I don’t think. I’ve heard of AG batches finishing at 1.020 and being good.
Which yeast? If your volumes were accurate, your OG was 1.070. Your attenuation so far is 71%. I would give it at least another week.
