My faucet willl stop dispensing when opened fully. It dispenses fine athe halfway point.

Your keg is empty?
What kind of faucet? Maybe a loose O-ring?
Perhaps disconnecting your line to your faucet, find manual for your faucet and dissemble piece for piece and inspect it and reassemble. If this doesn’t solve it perhaps getting a new one is in order, but i guess you could just open half way and pour as normal. Also post a picture of your faucet.
