Has anyone used 7Cs as an alternative to Centennial? It seems like an acceptable alternative based on the AA and product description notes, but I’m no hops guru.

My intent was to cut NB’s AG-Megalodon in half for a 2.5g recipe, but Centennial is out of stock, so call it a mini, mutant, Megalodon. I figure for small batch you can’t really go too wrong.

You will be all good. Centennial is a great hop for single hop beers, but a blend of hops will give you a more robust/layered hop character. Make no mistake it will be a different beer, but it will likely be excellent.
