If I were you, I wouldn’t blend any other hops with them at all, if you have enough of them to use as the only hop in the brew. It’s a blend of 7 hops, as the name implies, so it’s a pretty complex mix already. I’d just use them by themselves, or else you won’t even know exactly what kind of character they contribute.
I make this pale ale regularly and it is a crown favorite. What I show is Falconer’s Flight so just swap out the hops for all 7C’s. Its all 7C’s and it is a stellar brew. I guarantee it.
