Just want to say that I brewed Jamil’s Evil Twin yesterday and is sitting in my closet, it has my whole room smelling so good I can’t wait to drink it, that is all.
I am going to dry hop my Evil Twin today so I can bottle it in a week or so. This is my first crack at the Evil Twin, but if it tastes anything like it smells, it’s gonna be amazing!

You will not be disappointed. If you can hold on to any of that beer for 2 months you will be amazed at how good it is, the problem is that it is so good it is tough to keep around for 2 months. One of my favorites.

It’s a tasty beverage. Brewed a batch yesterday, but had to use ahtanum instead of amarillo.
It is very delicious. It gets better every day it’s in the bottle.
I love this beer. It is my favorite homebrew recipe. I make sure I always have some this on hand.
