I’m thinking of brewing Palmer’s Elevenses next with BIAB. Just wondering if any of those who’ve brewed it have any critique or recommendations that may be helpful? Plan on using Thames Valley yeast. Thanks. :cheers:
Bone stock this beer is a hit. I do all grain, and next brewday I’m gonna double up everything for an “imperial” version. To me is comes off as an oatmealy brown, Awesome beer.
