I want to get in an easy quick brew day while my basement is chilly enough for lager.
I want light, low abv, with a taste of the Northwest.
Here’s what I came up with

Method: Extract
Style: Light American Lager
Boil Time: 30 min
Batch Size: 5.5 gallons
Boil Size: 3 gallons

6 lb Liquid Malt Extract - Pilsen

Hops

1 oz Mount Hood 30 min Pellet Boil
1 oz Cascade 2 min Pellet Aroma

Sounds like a nice lawnmower brew to me.

Sounds good to me, I’ve always thought some cascade aroma might liven up a light lager. I say go for it!
