East Coast RyePA

Thinking of trying to do an East Coastish RyePA. Normally, Rye IPA’s are more of a West coastish, at least that is my thinking. Is that because the hop profiles mesh better with the Rye? Would the more fruity East Coast IPA’s mesh well with the Rye?

IMO, “fruity” and rye do not go together well. Just my subjective opinion.

Yeah, very part time. Doing brewery tours every other Sat.
