Dumb question

Is it possible to force carbonate bottles instead of the sugar thing?

You can force carbonate in a keg and fill bottles from the keg.

I also think I remember seeing a cap for a 2L bottle that would allow you to attach a CO2 tank somehow. Not sure if this was just my imagination or if something like this exists. Nothing that I know of for standard glass bottles.

I hate the waiting thing, ya know??

They work great for the pet bottles… The president of our brew club uses them all the time for our meetings…

We use a picnic tap with a bottle filler snugged in the faucet. Fill the bottles after the right carbonation is reached. 1 to 2 lbs pressure. we use a separate 5lb co2 tank and manifold for force carbonating and bottle filling.
