Dry yeast

Mr Cellars, I agree with all you said. I would throw 2 packs into an RIS though - even one rehydrated prolly wouldn’t be enuf

well I brewed sunday and made a yeast starter with the dry yeast I had. 24 hrs later it is bubbling like crazy I had to put a blow off tube on fermenter. So I rolled the dice and it seemed to work great. Thanks for all the posts.
