Dry Yeast Equivalents to Wyeast 1099 and 1028

I’ve read a couple of places that Safale S-04 is equivalent to Wyeast 1099. Nothing on whether there is a dry yeast that is equivalent to Wyeast 1028. Any thoughts, suggestions?

S-04 is WY 1098/ WLP 007. As far as the others I’M not sure there is. I know the selection is limited.

There is no equivalent to 1099. S-04 is 1098. Windsor is 1028.
