Dry hopped a batch of Plinian Legacy extract. After five days it looks like there are cut up potatoes floating on top. This is the fifth time I’ve brewed this recipe and it has never looked like this before. Any ideas on what’s going on?

You’re supposed to mash potatoes before adding them to your beer. You get really poor conversion if you just cut them up.
Looks like cold break and coagulated proteins. Dry hopping can release some CO2 bubbles that can make some of the trüb float. Nothing to worry about here, looks good!
