I know this isn’t the commercial beer thread, but I was out recently and had this beer. It wa amazing. Nice malty backbone with a crisp hop flavor and a beautiful head. I was thinking about trying to copy it , or at least come close.
Any one ever brewed an India brown ale? Any good recipes?
