Does anybody have a recipe for Dogfish Heads 60 min IPA or something close? My stepdad loves this stuff and I would like to brew him a batch for Christmas. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I only do extract right now as I’m fairly new to the brew scene.

There is a recipe in Sam C’s book “Extreme Brewing”… i’d consider that the standard one to use.
I converted the recipe in that book to all grain and it came out great, I will certainly make it again (and again…and again). That is my favorite IPA although both Ballist Point IPA’s are very worthy also (I like Big Eye just a bit better but Sculpin is also really good).
