I’m planning a farmhouse ale with Brett (WLP670) and am thinking about kegging it–just because I hate bottling. I’m thinking I’ve got two options if I keg it:
- Dispense using a picnic tap
- Dedicate one of my 6 faucets to wild ales
What do you all do?
For the record: I know Brett beers really should be bottle conditioned so the Brett character can develop over time. I might still do it, but I really don’t want to.
