My Cornelius regulator leaks out of the front weep hole at low pressure, so I think I have a problem with the diaphragm. I unscrewed the bell from the regulator body and there is a brass disk over the insides. This disk (I think it’s the Baffle) is stuck on and I’m afraid to pry it off. Should I stick a narrow blade in there to pry it off or am I missing something?
Just pull it out. You’ll get a new one with yourrebuild kit. The kits come with instructions.
