Difference with hop pellet varieties dry hoppping

I dry hopped an IPA with an ounce of Chinook recently. I was surprised that all of the pellet debris had dropped the next day. Pellet debris when using Centennial is still floating four days later.

Have you found differences like this with other hop varieties?

Maybe something to do with the pelletizing process from different facilities? Some maybe compacted tighter. Just a guess

Got the same thing. Some pellets fall to the bottom. The rest floats. Got this with cetennial and cascade.
