So I purchased Denny’s Wry Smile kit and brewed it last weekend. The recipe sheet said to put 1 oz of Mt Hood in as the water was heating up which I did. However, when I started my timers on my brewing app, I essentially forgot I had already added 1 oz and added the second 1 oz package of Mt Hood in for the full hour boil instead of the 30 minutes recommended in the instructions. I’m still learning as I go and am curious what this difference may cause flavor-wise in the final product? I’m going to pick up another kit and try the 30 minute boil and maybe tinker with the dry hop time to see what differences I can taste between the two (if I can make the first batch last that long :lol: )
