Dead Ringer recipe

I recently tapped Nothern’s 3-gallon BIAB version. It called for an ounce of centennial for dry-hops, but I also had a half-ounce of Chinook that I tossed in too. It doesn’t taste like 2-hearted, but it’s pretty good IMO.

The recipe I used called for 3.5 oz dry hop so the nb variety is short your probably closer with the 2 Oz’s probably 2.5 cent to match the BYO recipe. Centennial and Cascade go well together that’s what’s in the resilience I’m brewing next
