My hands always end up dry and rough after a brewday - lots of washing, etc. I think it’s the StarSan that’s doing it to me too. It’s not so bad - no cracking or bleeding, just a surface roughness.
I get some dryness with Star San. I try not to touch it that often as I don’t bottle. I do try to rinse with water every time I come into contact and that helps avoid the dryness for me.
I definitely notice my hands get dry/rough if I’m working in it a bunch
