Currently brewing

I have a 10gal. batch of what I call St. John’s Otter Brown brewing at the moment. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. I used wyeast 1007. Started to bubble about 2 hours after I poured it in. :cheers:

Sounds great! I Just bottled my first batch ever! English Brown Ale. I have to say, home brewing is addicting :mrgreen:



Just finished drinking up a batch of american wheat. Just bottled up an amber ale and getting ready to brew a spiced winter ale. :slight_smile: YUMMY

I just brewed the hosts hopbursted IPA kit… a freaking pound of hops for five gallons. That was a fun one to strain into the fermenter…
