I normally make Merlot or Cab. when making wine. I tried something different, I have a batch of Cranberry going right now. I have a question…I bought a little bottle of Cranberry flavoring. My question is for anyone that has made a batch of Cranberry wine…Did you use any extra flavoring??
No… only berries, nicely chopped, through a cast iron food “processor” … use the largest cutter/screen. Add a bowel under the crank to catch the juice A small piece of orange peal can make it “fun” …
Else pure is best!
