I ran across a craft brewer a while ago who posted their recipes on their website for homebrewers, but I can’t remember who it was. Does anyone know of any breweries who do this?
Well, I can’t read your mind to know who you’re thinking of, but Avery is one brewery that does…

I have had good luck with emailing breweries about their beers. Some give a little more info than others and some do not share at all. Otherwise, most sites do list the ingredients for you to experiment with. This can be a lot of fun too!
You may have to do some conversions, and read into it a bit, but Schlafly give you a good idea of what goes into it. I cloned their ESB and it came out damn close.
