So it’s been a week since I’ve bottled my first brew. I fought the urge well yesterday while watching my Pats advance to the Superbowl, but today was a different story. I brewed a True Brew Belgian Ale extract kit, and it came out great. As a plumber, I understand the importance of the 7 p’s. Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. I took my time, was very mindful through every step, and feel it paid off! I realize I should wait a few weeks to crack a brew, but I no longer have that feeling in the back of my mind that I just brewed up a bunch of swill. I’m hooked guys!

it gets easier when you get like 4 or 5 batches going at once. the temptation is still there for me though.
I think I have 30 gallons of various beers that are ready to drink, and last night I cracked one open I bottled just a week ago - It never goes away. Some times, you just gotta check!
