I just brewed a Belgian Wit with coriander, orange, lemon and lime peels yesterday. I think I may have gone overboard with the lime and was wondering if it would be ok to throw some coriander and orange peel in when I keg…???
Never used lime, but I’ve heard it can taste like Pledge when combined with lemon. You can add orange and coriander to the keg, you might want to taste before you do.
You can make a tincture of orange peel and coriander by soaking them in vodka and then adding to taste. Or put them into a fine-meshed hop bag and drop it into the keg.
