How would one convert a slim 1/4 barrel (7.75 gal) sankey keg into a useable homebrew vessel? I would imagine cutting out the sankey ball valve is the first step, I’ve seen no apparatus to fill sankeys on the homebrew scale.

Above is a short video someone made on removing the spear from the keg. Then you can fill it with cleaner/sanitizer.
For filling it with homebrew, you can use the coupler to fill it. Go through the liquid side so the beer fills from the bottom up.
