Conversion of 1 gallon to 5 gallon recipe

Hello, brewed a 1 gallon raspberry/blackbery mellomel last year. Broke it out on Mothers day this year and it was gone before you knew it to rave reviews. My hope is to brew the same recipe but as a 5 gallon batch this time. My question is- can I just multiply my ingredients by 5 to scale up to a 5 gallon batch? Also I did not use yeast nutrient in my 1 gallon batch, should I use it for 5 gallons?

Thank you,

Yes and I think nutrient would be a good idea.

is a thread from earlier in the year with a discussion on calculating your OG with pen and paper. Of course, you can always use a brewing program.
