Hey all,
I want to get access to the ASBC yeast methodology. Unfortunately I cannot afford their completely unreasonable prices. Are there any books that you can immediately think of that are more affordable that contains comparable methodologies?
I have quite a few bpooks but they are more for the intermediate homebrewer. I am looking at this from the aspect of meeting the ASBC standards as a microbiologist. If I can meet those, I will join up and continue. Just trying to get my home lab up to snuff without wasting money.
