I see the NB is out of centennial and is subbing a columbus/cascade mix. I have plenty of columbus and cascade on hand. Anyone know the percentages of each?
Maybe 60 columbus / 40 cascade would put you in the bittering ball park for centennial I would think.
I’ve not used the zythos blend myself, but have had a few homebrews brewed solely with it, and that mixture to me was fairly close to centennial in flavor.
Northern Brewer says Hopunion tells them it’s 70% Cascade.
