Anyone tried brewing a coffee extra pale ale? I was thnking of soaking some coffee grounds in Vodka for a couple days and adding at secondary fermentation. I realize coffee is more of stout additive, but thought I’d try this. On the surface it does not sound appealing, so anyone tried this before?
