Co2 volume

Bottling a Belgian Dark Strong and West Coast Cascade Mountain Imperial IPA today. What volume CO2 should I be aiming for on each of these. Neither are in the calculator list.

Probably ok with using the double ipa…and maybe the Belgian strong golden ale?

Also there is a nice table in palmers how to brew…and don’t forget to use the highest temp reached during fermentation.

BeerSmith has BDSA as 2.3-2.9 for the 2008 BJCP guidelines. Imperial IPA is 2.2-2.7. I’d stick to the lower carb levels for both of those, though, as 2.7-2.9 volumes can be pretty sparkly.
