I stopped by Weber and Troseth on University Ave in St. Paul and they filled up my tank for $10 plus tax. Their hours aren’t super convenient - 8-5, but its a good deal if you can make it.
He also said they have lots of used tanks available for cheap (he just said lot a lot less than the $60 I paid for my new one).
