Clearing Question

My first try at this, I made four small experimental batches. Two with different types of honey, one with pumpkin & cinnamon added, and another with kiwi added. This was three weeks ago.

First three are clearing nicely, but the kiwi batch isn’t clearing at all, although a fair bit of sediment has built up. Am I just being impatient?

I just used clover honey, kiwi, yeast and staggered nutrient/energizer. I added fruit to primary, and it’s now in secondary.

Wondering now if I should have added pectic enzyme before I started it…

Pectinase is a good idea with any fruit additions. Luckily, you can add it at any time to get rid of pectin haze. Just make sure you give it plenty of time afterwards (a month seems to work well) to let everything settle out.
