Have a couple nylon carboy haulers that need a good cleaning. Can I put them in the wash machine or just soak them in pbw, or something else.
Any of those options are fine. It’s just a nylon strap.
Hang it somewhere that it will dry quickly and not mildew.
+1 to drying quickly. Mold and mildew LOVE growing on those things.
If ya’ don’t want it all knotted up from the wash, put 3 or 4 rubber bands around it, ( pretty snug), before you throw it in the washer, then unfurl to hang dry.
Mine get moldy once in a while. I throw them in the wash and hang dry them.
