Hi everyone! Just wondering here I want to get some bottles cleaned and ready but won’t be sanitizing and bottling for a week or two. With my work schedule I just want to get ahead of cleaning.I keep my bottles closed in a box so will they be ok until I sanitize them! Thanks!!!
Most definitely. Clean, store upside down to dry. Sanitize on bottling day. If your conditions are right you can hot and cold rinse after pouring a beer, then store until sanitizing on bottling day, no cleaning solution. I don’t clean a bottle unless it is new, or someone has given it to me.

I agree the most important thing to do with bottles is rinse them immediately after pouring. Saves you tons of time in the long run.
