I just tried the Kviek Voss… Hands down… way better than the Belle Saison yeast… It is more apple-y tasting… Shoot, didn’t check out the FG… You won’t know whats what unless you try… right? Sneezles61

Had some Belle cider again last night… That darn mouse is back! I haven’t touched the Kviek Voss since shortly after kegging… The keg isn’t holding CO2, no matter which lid I put one it… GGGRRRR… Will need to do some fine tuning with a ball peen hammer this W/E. Sneezles61
Tapped the Kviek cider keg last night… I won’t mess with any other yeast for cider… That turned out fabulous! I should check the gravity too… Sneezles61
