I am working on my first cider batch and it has turned from a golden apple color to a light blonde color and is not clear at all. I used pure apple juice, danstar Windsor ale yeast, and yeast nutrient. It has been in primary for about 2 weeks and the airlock activity stopped after about 4 days. Anyone know if it will clear or advice as to what I should do?
If it is not clear then it is still fermenting. Do not rush it. Cider usually takes a couple of months to finish up.
