Thanks, Dave. This is where I’m getting confused with the priming calculators. They say a Belgian like this should be carbed at 3.3 volumes, which seems over the top to me. I only chose 2.6 because that’s what I’ve carbed my american wheat at and I like that level of carbonation. But I realize this is a very different beer so I will defer to your experience.

YMMV but I bottle most of my Belgians around 2.8 volumes and I’ve never had an issue. Again that is my experience YMMV. IMO Belgians really benefit from higher CO2 levels. Also I would ditch the amber syrup and go with the Dark or D1 syrup. IMO it really adds to cloning this beer.
