Has anyone out there tried the Cherry Chocolate Stout Stone Collaboration beer? What are your thoughts?
I really want to like this beer because there are a lot of great flavors going on, but I am getting a very district medicinal almost metallic flavor on finish. I am wondering if it could be coming from using cherry extract (don’t know if they do just a guess) or just poor handling during transportation or at the bottle shop.
