I just purchased a perlick faucet for my Italian made magic chef. I found out that I have to do this to use domestic tap handles. Do I need to get a new tower shank to fit the faucet?

If the tap handle stud is not the standard thread for the USA, it’s very possible that the faucet/shank threads are different also. It’s easy to remove the faucet to find out.
In other words, I don’t know.
I ended up ordering both faucet and shank. Bummer that you have to pay over $50 to use homeade or commercial tap handles, lol.

Update: Stock shank is fine.
