Cask ale with 5l mini kegs?

ive really been wanting to get some some kind of real ale set up but am not willing to buy the whole set up with firkins beer engine aspirator valves :blah: etc.

so who is doing it with 5l mini kegs? what is your set up and procedure like? how do you like the results.
