I used the Screwy Brewer calculations for a Brown Ale assuming that was correct for the Carribou Slobber Kit. I did only the 1 gallon batch as well. It came back at 22.3 g of sugar. I was hoping to get a confirmation on that being correct or incorrect? I’m not particularly familiar with this style as I’ve done mostly IPAs and Cervezas to date. Thanks in advance.

It should help you determine volumes of CO2 and the amounts of priming sugars you need.
