So after almost four weeks fermenting, my Caribou Slobber was bottled last week. I had read somewhere that it’s ready to drink after a week. So i opened a bottle yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Yes it was ready, altho i am going to let it set another couple of weeks to see the difference.
The flavors are very good and clean. So far i am very pleased with this kit.

If you like it now, you’re in for a real treat. IME the extract didn’t peak until week 3 and AG not until week 4. Love that stuff
