Using cane sugar, does 103g sound right for batch priming the Caribou Slobber? I did the 1 gallon kit previously but left my brewing notes at work. I plugged this in to ScrewyBrewer and believe it’s correct. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have used 115 grams of corn sugar for approximately 2.8 volumes at 64° for a five gallon batch.
This woul be equivalent to 107 grams of table sugar.
