carbonation problem

I have brewed my first batch of beer, Irish Red, using the small batch kit. The beer tastes good, however, there is almost zero carbonation. Any ideas on how I went wrong on this? Thanks.

how long has it been in the bottles?

Also, what was your priming method, and what temperature have you been conditioning it at?

Some beers take 2-6 weeks for full carbonation. Keep them at 70 or so and be patient with maybe a little rouse or two to gently stir up the yeast sediment.
