My pre prohibition is in a nice cold home. The temp is around 33-35. I did mess with 4 of the 12oz bottles. I did not add enough sugar. I am going to let them sit out longer. The other bottles are 16oz. I think I am .25oz off. I am letting it be a lesson learn. I was going to let the beer lager for a month an d half (patients)
A lager is much more rewarding if you can have the patience to allow it to lager. It won’t be near as good if you drink it to early.
