Carbonating a cider

My cranapple cider is in the keg. And I’ve been drinking it daily as it carbonates. First day no carbonation kind of wine like. Each subsequent day it has a little more carbonation. Kind of an interesting experiment. Im going to finish it the same as my beers since I don’t have a dual. I’m going to see where I like it best then the next one that’s fermenting now I’ll just pull the gas at that level and only give I a shot as needed to pour. Am I making sense? Any other ideas?

Thats pretty much how I dispense me brews. Yes, you got it, lazy Sneezles61 hasn’t build a keezer yet!!II So as I get fermenting done, conditioned, the the freeze-mentor becomes my keezer, or at least I can keep one in my fridge too! I will charge the kegs high to begin, then as it suits my carb buds, I will just give it a quick shot to maintain the carb I like… My plan is to find a freezer to hold 6 pin lock kegs, 3 serving, 3 awaiting, Sneezles61 PS, this auto correct really bites on this conversation!!
