Hello how many pounds of canned fruit purée per gallon of beer should I use for a 3gal batch of beer?
What kind of fruit puree and do you want it up front in your face or subtle?
Well I wanted to use blueberry but now I am thinking raspberries for a 3gal Berliner Weiss
The usual dosage is 1/2 pound to 2 pounds per gallon. I recommend adding it after primary fermentation is complete.

In my experience raspberry plays out much better. I have done Apricot, cherry, raspberry, peach, and a combo. Raspberry always turns out well, especially with a wheat beer.
