I decided to keg some Homebrew today. I had 10gal of ESB and 15gal of American IPA in my two Brewhemoths. I had to bottle some German pils and some hard cider to free up enough kegs to handle all this beer. I finished each keg with isinglass and a different dry hop. US Goldings and AU Topaz in the ESB kegs, and ElDorado, Centennial and Sorachi Ace in the IPAs. In a week or so I’ll rack to clean kegs, should be some good stuff. I have another keg of German Pils and two kegs of doppelbock too, plus a Saison and a strawberry blonde in process. This shou,d get me through an upcoming festival and the rest of the summer for that matter.
That’s a great combo of beers to have for the summer. I just bottled up an APA today. Looking to purchase kegging gear soon.
Yeah everything but the doppelbock is a summer brew, I may keep it back for fall.
